Improving Employee Satisfaction

Situation:

  • Client was an international organization with offices across Canada who had identified employee engagement as being a key strategic priority
  • Despite this, an internal employee satisfaction survey had revealed several sources of dissatisfaction among employees
  • As the internal survey was very brief, it did not provide the level of detail and understanding of those areas in need of attention and as a result organizations ability to take corrective action was limited

  • Design and conduct a series of employee focus groups across Canada to deeply explore those areas in need of attention

  • A wealth of knowledge was acquired and the client was able to use this information to develop a series of corrective action plans
