Situation:
- Client was a well established industry Association who offered a professional designation program
- Informal feedback from members suggested the value of the designation not well understood and this was having a negative impact of it’s perceived value
- The organization needed to clearly understand existing perceptions and map a strategy for future success
B&A’s Solution:
- Develop and execute a two-part research methodology that included focus groups and a national web-based quantitative survey
Result:
- The study was successful in providing the client with a wealth of factual information about actual perceptions of their offering in the market, and more importantly, yielded a wealth of ideas about how the program could be modified in the future to maximize success
