Paper applications and online forms are kept at Breininger & Associates Inc's administration office for a period of seven (7) years to meet the legal requirements for record retention. Information provided on paper or online applications may, where warranted, be inputted into a stand-alone electronic database. Only one disk back up of the database is stored at any one time. The back-up is only accessible to administrative staff.
Information collected through this web site may, at the request of the visitor or the discretion of Breininger & Associates inc. be permanently deleted from the database seven (7) years after the visitor relationship is terminated.
7. Is Site Visitor Information Accurate?
Breininger & Associates Inc. relies exclusively on the information provided by site visitors and will not seek independent verification of any of the information supplied. All forms finally disposed of at Breininger & Associates Inc.’s office are shredded before being discarded. The electronic stand-alone database of customer information is only accessible by Breininger & Associates Inc. staff. Those filling out forms on-line do so on a general non-secured page on this Web site. However, the information is sent to a database that is located on a protected server. This secured database is accessible by the System Administrator, Web Designer and Authorized Representatives of Breininger & Associates Inc.
