  • Undertake a complete Business Development Audit and use this to develop a BD Revitalization plan
  • Included all aspects of sales and marketing; organizational structure, funnel design, compensation plan, sales targeting, sales automation, performance measurement, and advertising/communication (including lead generation)
  • B&A was also directly involved in all aspects of implementation

Result:

  • The new plan was well received by the sales team, and resulted in an immediate improvement in morale
